Thank you for your patience Tony,
We have confirmed that the issue is with insider preview. I also would like to inform you that, we support only the final builds AVG.
Regards,
Alok.
Thank you for the screenshot.
This looks like the issue is with the Microsoft application.
Have you contacted Microsoft support regarding this issue?
To confirm that the issue isn't due to AVG, try disabling it.
Open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode"
Slide the cursor to turn off the protection temporarily.
Keep us informed about the status.
Anthony,
I am sorry to hear about this. Please share the screenshot of that popup to check and assist further.
I am running Windows 10 Insiders Edition Build 17672. When I try and start a lot of my applications, I am getting error code 0xc0000005 when I try and start an application.
Thanks,
Tony

When I switch to standard Windpws 10 AVG works fine. AVF should at why it does now work at this build. It is an AVG issue, not Microsoft issue.
Thanks,
Tony
I know what the problem is but do not know how to fix it. I am running Windows Insiders Build 17672 which Windows Defender is running. That means MS anti virius software is running. I am hoping for help.
Thanks,
Tony
I installed Internet Security and the error started. I was able to stop all components of AVG Internet Security and the problem went away. I have sent manu request to MS about this problem thru the community. I contacted MS and they said they could not help me because I am running an build that is Insiders.
Thanks,
Tony

AVG Guru
It is an AVG issue working with Windows Defender. I had the problem and then went into safe mode and ininstalled AVG and problem was solved. It seems this build and the last onw, Windows Defender is running and will allow another AV program to run. Any help would be appreciated. The senior team should download this build and then they will see what happens. This build will be the new release of Windows 10.
Thanks,
Tony
Thank you for updating the status, Tony.
However, this doesn't look like an AVG issue.
I will check this with our senior team.
Once we get a suggestion, will post it here.
Your patience is much appreciated.
