Thank you.
Problem with blocking of safe sites continues. Temporary disabling AVG solves problem but re-appears when reactivated. I have as suggested reset the Enhanced Firewall to default settings but the problem continues.
Hello Peter,
Thank you for replying us back. We kindly request you to follow the instructions on the article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Threat-of-using-vulnerable-or-unsupported-protocols and check whether it resolves the issue.
Thank you.
Please do not apologize for this, Peter.
We understand your concern, we are sorry to inform you that we have not yet received any screenshot. Kindly refer this article: http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot to attach the screenshot. Awaiting your reply, thank you!
My apologies if I have incorrectly used your support system by sending multiple community posts about the same issue. This was not my intent… I am merely trying to get a problem resolved. I have sent I hope a screen shot but I suspect this may not have been delivered. Please advise and I will try again.
Note to Mr. Binch. Rather than send me unhelpful barbed e mails it would be more productive if you explained the communication method and how it should be used once an issue has been raised. I am not a computer expert but am merely trying in a professional and orderly manner, unlike some of your uncouth clientel, to get my problem fixed. The communication route may seem obvious to you but to a first time user it is neither obvious or transparent. Please let me know about the screen shot.
Thanks.P
Peter, If applicable… For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Sorry to butt in, but I think it's to do with recent web browser updates carried out on 5th December 2016(version 55 - Google Chrome).
Google Chrome update seams to make avg block facebook, however Firefox works fine.
