I purchased AVG Ultimate Unlimited 2 Years and just received a message that my AVG Internet Security ends in 4 days. My Avg Tune Up runs until Feb 1, 2021. When I first tried to install the AVG Ultimate Unlimited 2 Years Software it wouldn't install so I called the help desk. They charged me $47.40 to correct and fix my computer so the software would install. They said a program piggy backed into my computer. I asked how this could happen when I was running AVG for the last 3 years to which they didn't answer. What do I need to do now?

Regarding activation, open AVG Internet Security program interface.
Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions". If it shows your email address, click on "Log Out".
If you happen to see the option as "remove license", click on it.
Finally, click on "Log into account" and enter your AVG my account credentials.
Check whether it shows the correct expiry date for Internet Security.
