I have renewed my AVG internet security but the web and email part and payments part are not activated. My laptop has Windows Vista as the operating system. Is this compatible with AVG internet security? If it is not then can I get a refund?

Fiona, could try downloading any other programs and check whether you are able to install it.
We need to confirm whether the issue is only with AVG program installation or for any program installation.
Then it said there was a problem and stopped working.I tried it several times.

Okay. In this case, there is some problem in running any of the application on your PC.
Press Windows and R keys on your keyboard to open Run command.
In Run window, type as "services.msc" without quotes and press Enter key.
In services window, search for "windows installer".
Right click on it and select "Start" or "Restart".
Once it is done, try to run AVG program.
If the issue persist, we request you to contact Microsoft support and get the issue sorted.
Once it is resolved, we will be able to install AVG program.
I tried downloading Zoom, and when I press on open it does nothing.

I have uninstalled AVG Internet Security on this laptop and I tried again to download the app but although the app appears to download, when I try to open it nothing happens.
