My Internet Security programme isn't starting. I click on it to open, the timer goes for a few seconds, and then nothing happens.
I've had this issue before - i need to "Run" s'th in command line - but i've forgotten what to type.
Can you help pls?

Tried this and AVG now loading OK and seems to be working OK except the PAYMENT section where for some reason or other it is not allowing me to set up the Anti-Spam security which is somewhat worrying and this area is remaining in RED mode. Any suggestions please??
