How can i remove a device that i did not add

I understand that you want to remove the device from AVG Zen Networl. I am glad to assist you with that. If you are using AVG latest version, please open AVG > menu > Device settings> select the device and remove it.
If you are using older version, please open AVG Zen > Settings (gear icon) > Device settings > select the device and remove it.
