Please can someone tell me where I am supposed to put my security key, as the "options" menu with the "reactivate" option is nowhere to be found.
Also I was billed twice in two days for an automatic renewal, both of which have different security key numbers.  Please help, as I do not see an e-mail address where I can contact AVG to talk to someone about this error.
