Are you referring to the password set to protect AVG Internet Security settings from unauthorized access? I would like to inform that this is not necessarily same as AVG MyAccount password.
It cannot be reset. If you have reset AVG MyAccount password, it does not work for unlocking access to program.
Please share a screenshot of the password request to confirm and assist you further.
