using avg_isc_x64_all_2015_ltst_235 I had error 0xC0070643. I have no AVG installed at the moment :frowning:

error code: 0xE0018D32

AVG internet security would not run this morning and I still had 1 year subscription left.
I then uninstalled AVG and I could not reinstall from AVG web site link after logging in.
I then purchased another 2 years for 2 computers from AVG web site and after trying to install from the link download supplied it then gave the error code: 0xE0018D32
I have no AVG installed currently how do I rectify this ?

Hi Timothy, did you use AVG Remover Tool? If not then download AVG Remover Tool from http://www.avg.com/utilities.Select 64 bit AVG Remover as from your screenshot I can see that you are using 64Bit Windows 7. After download this tool run it and wait for the process to complete. Restart when prompted. 

Then download AVG offline installer file from this link: http://www.avg.com/us-en/download.prd-isc. Select 64 Bit offline installer for AVG 2015 under PAID version. After downloading the file run it to install AVG.

Let us report the results after following the above mentioned steps. Kindly note that you must run AVG remover tool as said first before you try to install AVG. Thanks.
