I bought and installed AVG Internet Security in July 2017 for a multi device 2 year term. In early February 2019 it told me it had expired. I could not find any remedy so I uninstalled AVG, bought a new 2 year multi device copy and have just installed it. AVG is now working again but the 'My Subscription' tab in the product now shows that it is due to expire in July 2019 which obviously relates to the previous product. The online AVG My Account page correctly shows that the subscription ends on 21st February 2021 so there is some inconsistency between the two. My concern is that the AVG product will stop working in July 2019 and also I'm unhappy that I've been short changed 147 days of AVG cover for the previous product which I've paid for. Will you confirm that the product will not expire in July 2019 and can you let me know what you are going to do to address the 147 days of paid cover that I didn't get?

Please reactivate your AVG internet Security and check the status.
Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to reactivate it.
