AVG is all red...cant update and it comes with an error

Many thanks for the promt reply, I was very worried about the problem.
I deleted AVG and reinstalled , seems to be working ok, however I in my mind I can still see the files the lady Sheryl highlighted as being on my pc, with the Conduit file, how do I get rid of the problem files…???
Do I  or can I contact AVG again?

I am based in GB, the AVG must have updated when I switched it on and the AVG now doesnt' work, it came up with a repair, or reinstall, I clicked repair, that didn't work either.  
However there was a free phone number 0800 085 4139, which seemed to go throiugh to a AVG…the lady asked me to download a program so she could look in to pc regit files…she said there was a program called conduit on there that stopped files working…Sheryl Lynn…and that she could fix it…thena sked me if I did internet banking on this pc, I said no its on a laptop…she moved me to a supervisor…do I have a virus and is this free phone number genuine…if not I have a problem now…HELP

Ken, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
