Hello. My annual AVG subscription fee was deducted from my bank account on Feb. 23. However, I did not receive an email containing a renewal invoice or product key as I have received in past years so that I could reactivate my subscription. The AVG program on my computer is currently asking me to renew my subscription instead of reactivate my subscription, and I do not want to be charged another fee to renew my subscription when I have already paid the renewal fee. Please advise me as to how to obtain my new product key and reactivate the subscription that I have already paid for. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear that. I see that you have AVG Antivirus license valid until 3/8/2019. I have sent the recent order confirmation email to your registered email address. To activate the product, open AVG free > My AVG > My Subscription and enter the license.
If you don't have an option to enter the license, then please uninstall AVG free from the control panel and reinstall it - http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection
