AVG is blocking a specific page

On a Gaming site the Online Shield is blocking a specific page. How can I add an exception, or how can I make this work. 
The gaming site is not a site with a lot of links to other pages or anything, the link opens up a new window, but the window contains a lot of flash, I think that may be the reason why it's blocked. 
Is there a way to allow it anyway? Disable the online shield for that particular window?
