AVG is blocking Photo Editing Software form making changes such as saving changes made to the image

I was using photo editing software  ArcSoft 2000. I had edited an image and  AVG came up saying something about not allowing the app to change something… and I accidently hit the wrong button. I had edited the picture and was trying to save it when that happened. Now it will not let me save any images I edit using the software. I need to have AVG ALLOW the changes in that App. I do not recall the exact name of the AVG program that blocked it, I just know it popped up when I went to save the picture and asked if I wanted to block the app from making changes. I did not trealize it was changes I made to the image it was talking about. AVG is blocking the ARC Soft apt from allowing changes such as an image that is edited. I need AVG to ALLOW the changes. How do I reverse what AVG has done to my app?
