AVG is blocking some of my streaming services

Initially, please let us know the operating system of your computer & clarify whether this happens in a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.
Meanwhile, please disable Fake Website shield alone in AVG Internet Security to check if it helps (Open AVG Internet Security - Payments tile - click on toggle bar beside Fake Website shield).

We have a full subscription:  We live in France:  However we have to deactivate most of AVG in order to stream tv services from abroad…  We use Nordvpn for our VPN which does a fine job :  However we know it is AVG that leaks location info; or their so called security which blocks us watching tv abroad, unless we deactivate most of AVG;  We have been deactivating  AVG for last 4 years but now have suddenly found that ITV recognises our location.  Do WE HAVE TO COMPLETELY DEACTIVATE AVG to solve this?  We only use the web browser to watch tv abroad and our Nordvpn plus small part of AVG;
