Yes, I know, but I see on the left side min. two Czech names between the AVG Guru guys.
I hopped somebody of them could help me, what will be easier. It's a shame, that former Czech company do not have Czech support at all…

Since I have instaled AVG Ultimate on my PC with W7 64b, something is blocking the log in to the other accounts on this PC. (only my is OK)
It says "The user profile service failed the logon. The access has been denied." (Službě klient zásad se nepodařilo přihlášení. Přístup byl odepřen.)
My acc. has administrator rights and the AVG was instaled from this one. The other two are one administrator and one client. To log in into these I have to go to my and make any changes in AVG-PC TuneUp. (for example to put to sleep any background program or discard any other changes) Then I can use the other accounts without problem, till another PC restart…
I have tried to check both acc. in registry (ProfileList) and GPSvcGroup, is OK and the client service is running. Also uninstal of AVGdid not help…

Does anybody know how to get out ofthis situation? Please, help.

PPS - neví někdo z Čech, jak se dobrat nějaké podpory v češtině? Koupil jsem si licenci AVG na dva roky a začínám trochu litovat ;o(
