AVG is destroying my computer and I can't get rid of it

So I've been using this software, thought it was great until it starting mistaking my files for viruses and deleting them… After I tried getting rid of it through control panel… It failed to uninstall… It eventually uninstalled from control panel but continued to function… I then did the best I can to stop it from running… Ending it in task manager, which resulted in "Access Denied" stopping it in services.msc, it just restarted itself, Deleting it in cmd and stopping its process in msconfig just for it to re-tick the boxes. I then tried to delete as much of the software's files as I could, most of them didn't allow me to do it. I then figured out I had to install another piece of potentially flawed software to remove it, after deleting most of its files, the remover couldn't detect that AVG was on my computer, so I couldn't uninstall it. So i'm stuck here, watching the very program you designed to keep my computer from getting destroyed by viruses destroying my computer… So, if you would be so kind, How can I delete this horribly flawed software from my computer? (I am on a user with administration and have tried changing my permissions for the software with no luck)
