My free AVG will keep searching for updates forever. I tried to install again, installer goes into a loop. Tried to install uninstaller tool, it goes into an endless loop as well. HELP!

Please let us know the exact update that you've attempted to download. Is it program updates or virus definitions?
Also, let us know if you've used AVG Clear to uninstall AVG program.
