I download AVG and it did a basic check.  I then clicked for it to do a full scan.  For two hours it was stuck on "scanning and repairing drive C 11% complete.  I turned off my computer and after an hour rebooted.  The screen came up at the "scanning and repairing drive C 11% complete.  I can't use my computer and don't know what to do.  mady@gomady.com
