AVG is missing a .dll file after big Windows 10 update & will not open

Recently the Windows 10 program on my tablet updated for an hour and a half. When it was complete I was unable to open my AVG program. A message kept popping up saying I was missing  the MSVCP110.dll file.The popup suggested that I reinstall the AVG virus program. Do I have to uninstall the program first?
