AVG is not deleted

Hello Ksenia,

Please run the AVG Clear tool mentioned in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product and remove the traces.

Hi! This antivirus was installed by chance. I can not delete, denies access. Remover from the site does not help, writes that avg products are not installed. Setup from the folder does not start. What should I do?

I tried these programs, both do not work. 
AVG Remover does not find the antivirus, AVG Clear can not open the installer
