Hi, I have a subscription and it shows active when I go to AVG page or app on my laptop. But it never turns ON to protect my device. I already spoke to AVG online help and still waiting for a solution. I need an answer and a method to solve this issue. Otherwise I can't continue my subscription, as it makes no sense.
