Please share a screenshot of the AVG User Interface (please open AVG Internet Security > menu > about > subscription and look for the expiry date) and also for the AVG Subscription page to assist you further. I keep getting this message and I click the update button, the screen does a little flicker and it says the same thing again. My licence still has a year left so dont know whats going on
