I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. It could be possible that the update files did not install fine. I request you to uninstall the product completely and re install it to resolve the issue.

My AVG was renewed for 1 year on 31st May 2017 under reference 701-8049638.   A message has now appeared that " Avg is out of date"  with a box stating "Update Now "    When I try to update, nothing happens and the Out of date message is still there.
