If you contacted our sales team they would have provided you the suggestions for better AVG products than you have.
Please let us know the name of the AVG product that you are trying to install and activate to assist you further.

I'm starting to think that AVG is a scam. I can't download the download I bought without calling them to help. Then they spend their time trying to sell me more services. They have three different names for one set of numbers (product key, activation code and license number) but never tell you that they are all the same thing. They make things difficult so you have to call them and they will have a chance of talking you into buying more. Still have to go through this 2 more times to download onto 2 more computers. Grrrr! I also got a rebate offer but they don't tell you upfront that there is a condition to the rebate so looks like I'm out $10. I won't be buying AVG again.
