Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Upon checking your record we see that the recently purchased renewal license is for AVG PC tuneup and it is not for the AVG Internet Security.
Did you purchase the renewal manually?
We guess you would have ended up in purchasing AVG PC tuneup license instead of doing it for AVG Internet Security.

I'M ALREADY A CLIENT FOR SO MANY YEARS & I EXPECT, IF YOU JUST WOULD HELP ME SOLVING THIS PROBLEM I HAVE. I STILL HAVE A LICENSE FOR AVG PC-TUNEUP FOR ANOTHER YEAR (AS YOU CAN SEE BELOW), SO I ONLY NEAD A NEW LICENSE FOR TWO MORE YEARS ON AVG IS.
