AVG IS states PC is fully protected, but Behaviour Shield/Ransomware Protection cannot be enabled

Please let us know what happens exactly when you turn on Behaviour Shield/Ransomware Protection.
We would also like to know whether you have any other AntiVirus program installed in the computer.

Nicholas, it seems that the screenshot that you posted did not attach properly.
Could you try attaching them again?
One of our user reported the same issue yesterday and he then informed that the recent windows update was the issue.
By reverting the update, Behaviour Shield or Ransomware Protection was turned on.
Could you check the status of your windows update and give us a confirmation?
