AVG is STEALING MY MONEY while also saying I have no subscriptions

For months I have been trying to reach someone at AVG and I have no idea what to do. AVG is charging me for AVG TuneUP as well as AVG AntiTrack.. neither of which I am using.

 

Through the AVG desktop app, it says that both of these subscriptions are active, and I have certainly paid for them. However, when I click "go to account" and visit my subscriptions on the AVG website, it says that I have no subscriptions.

I have no idea how to contact anyone, I have no way to cancel these products and have been charged for products I do not want or use.

Fix this immediately, this is absolute BS and I think I'm done with AVG after this scam.

Yes they've robbed me several times and took money from my account very early for products that had two months to run before chose (or not ) to continue them.

These thieves just emailed me to tell me that they cannot refund my money because it's been more than 30 days.. They themeselve admitted in the email that they could not find the subscriptions under the email attached to my account... for some reason they are under a different email..

How is this my fault? I navigate to my account page directly from the link within the AVG app, what more am I supposed to do? For months I have emailed PayPal and DigitalRiver (AVG) and have got nothing in return.. I was not even aware of this forum until just recently and I should not have to come here to finally get help.

 

F*ck AVG -  I hope the $100 you stole from me was worth it, because you just lost me as a customer and guess what??? I choose the antivirus products for my entire family.. so you just lots 8 full-time, life-long customers.

My family was already starting to complain about all the ads and fear spam that AVG pushes in it's app... it is honetly quite pathetic these days.
