AVG is taking money from my bank account but I have no AVG

We acknowledge your refund request.
Our refund policy allows us to initiate refund for orders that are within 30 days from purchase.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've been charged NZD 54.99 for the renewal of AVG TuneUp on 2019-06-19.
Reason being, the subscription was enrolled to automatic renewal during the time of purchase. We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry.
This email also contains instructions on how to cancel the subscription. As it isn't recommended to share the order details over this public post, we've sent you an email requesting few info to locate the other charges.

AVG has been taking money from my bank account as below but I have no paid AVG services. Any idea why this might be happening? and how I can stop it and get my money refunded?
