AVG keep telling me to buy a key but already registered

Have you activated your  product using the new license number?

I bought a license for your product and every time I start my PC it shows an splash screen telling me the "try version"will expire in some days. Ive already bought a license AND it is registred in the software. WTF is happening??? I dont want to be annoyed constantly with that. if i can't solve it,  ill ask you to refund and cancel…

You have an active AVG PC TuneUp subscription valid till 2020.9.17. 
Please uninstall the existing AVG PC TuneUp program from your Control panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall.
Install the latest version of AVG PC TuneUp and activate it using your license number.
Keep us informed about the status.
