AVG keep trying to sell me a product I already have

Thank you for reaching us with your concerns. I see that you have active AVG Internet Security and AVG PC TuneUp subscriptions. Do you mean you are receiving expiry notices from AVG programs installed on your PC?

AVG keep trying to sell me a product I have already purchased.  It means there's something seriously wrong with their records.  Also, !heir site states I do not have an account!!    Anyone else having problems?
