Today I downloaded the AVG Ultimate 2021 programme for 10 devices on my Windows 10 laptop. It installed fine, but it just will not activate the code or even let me log into my existing AVG account via the programme. It keeps saying “please connect to the Internet”, but I already am connected to the internet and can access everything on there just fine. I can even log onto my AVG account via a web browser, just not through the programme itself.
I followed AVG’s article on uninstalling and reinstalling my product and changing my DNS, both of which haven't worked. I tried connecting up to a different hotspot, which also didn’t work.
Can anyone help with the “please connect to the Internet” problem so that I can activate my programme?
