Avg keeps asking to subscripe and pay, for already paid subscription

my subscription ended on march 10 2021, I bought a new license on januari 19 2021 (2 years internet security for 10 diveces).  I bought this licence on groupon for a discount price, got the coupon that had to be used on downloadbuilder, entered the couponcode there and got a mail with the activationkey.
yesterday I ran a prestationscan, which gave me al lot of files that should be deleted, when I click on delete, I get a window from avg to buy a subscription ???
when I open the avg application, to look at my subscription, it shows "active, ends on januari 19th 2023, 667 days left"
then I logged in on the website from avg to look at my account, and see that my subscription is not shown, only me expired subscription is shown.  in the faq I see that free subscription are not shown, but I paid for it on groupon.  also the expired subscription has been bought on groupon 2 years ago, and this one I can see.
I now have deleted avg completly from my pc and installed it again using the link from the mail I got from downloadbuilder

but the problem is not solved, no subscription in my avg account, and stil getting the message to buy a license after running the prestationscan
also on top of the windows it shows (avg internet security buy now)

all other scan option work, and in the open window I see the 2 basic options and the 3 fully protected options all are in green. this proofs that I have a paid subscription.
