AVG keeps blocking one site no matter what

I have added (via AVG settings) an exclusion for one site, tried it many times, refreshed many times - and AVG still blocking this site with a weird error message.

Any ideas ?? ( I mean without click here and here and here and her, then here, then there, then here, then open this and this and this, and change your computer, or your life... as I have seen on many AVG forums)

It seems that AVG detected the website as Phishing URL. It might be a false positive.
If you find difficulty with uploading the screenshot in community forum, we have sent an email, please respond to that email and send us the screenshot. We will check and help you to resolve this issue.

Here are the details:
the website is https://www.now14.co.il/
(it is news site from Israel, in Israel)
I Trust the site to be secure, they only broadcasting news.
I can see that the site is running well, only that AVG is blocking me from navigating the site.

I tried this on Chrome (and on Firefox, same error results)

Naturally I went to settings, then added an exclusion for this site (many times), also via advanced mode, same error results.

I tried to reinstall AVG by repair mode, that also did nothing
