Thank you for providing the screenshots and your replies are not deleted. From the screenshot, I see that the detection file is regarding Avast Sandbox leftover file. Please check if you have Avast traces in the C Drive. If yes, please remove the traces completely from C drive, restart the PC and check the status.
When I use a deep scan it finds the same rootkit every time but once I go to the path of the rootkit it says it doesn't exist. (I have view hidden files/folders enabled)
The file was called something along the lines of avast sandbox s-1-5-21-245174 (and a bunch of other numbers)
I've never downloaded avast on this computer. I used to have a chrome extension from avast but that's about it. I'm not sure if AVG just keeps detecting something that doesn't exist or what.

Was I supposed to get an email by now? Because I'm scared that I may have misspelled the email when I was doing the AVG System Info thing.
