AVG keeps downgrading to free

I too have paid for a full AVG protection subscription and password protect.  I thought I had activated the codes but then got a message saying my 'free trial'???!! had expired.  After lots of badgering got a reply on facebook messenger asking me to let them have access to my computer but did not get a straightforward answer.  I didn't give access but reentered the activation codes in AVG and NOW it tells me i've been downgraded to AVG Free.  Not happy.

Since I received an email saying my license expired which it hasn't as I have a two year license expiring in one year's time, my AVG keeps reverting to free. I have removed AVG via clear and remove redownloaded which goes ok apart from when I registered and went into my account it still said license expired. Eventually it accepted my reg number. And was up and running yet after closing down my computer and starting again it reverted to free. It seems one part of avg system overides another . AVG seem to want to blame my computer but they cannot explain why I am told my license has expired. Any ideas.

I really appreciate your effort in resolving this issue.
The issue might be because of any third party security program/windows update or AVG Internet Security update failed due to internet connection/system shut down.
