AVG keeps on telling me that I am not covered and ask me to purchase PRO

I am getting really frustrated with AVG as it keeps on informing me that I am not covered by PRO???
That I need to sign up to get PRO???
That I am not fully protected, etc… etc…
 
Please know that I have renewed my subscription to PRO for 2 years this past 02/2015
 
What can I do to make sure your system work back to normal without all this craziness and make sure I am fully covered as I cannot afford losing my work over this non-working properly AVG
