Hi there,

I paid for AVG Internet Security for two years in February and assumed I was therefore protected for 2 years. I'm not getting messages saying I'm on AVG Free and need to pay for additional security even though I've paid for 2 years. I've tried to sort this out but my login to the AVG website says my only product is AVG free even though in my order history I can see that I paid for a 2-year subscription in February. I'm slightly annoyed about this as I've obviously missed 6 months of paid protection and now I can't find my licence key anywhere to sort this out. Can you help?

Hi there,

Thanks for sending my licence key. I have now managed to activate the full version. Does this mean I've now lost 6 months of my subscription as I only got the licence key 6 months after I bought it?

Below is a screenshot of my online account showing that my account is only showing AVG Free and not the full version.

Thank you for providing screenshot. I have removed that screenshot due to security concerns. I see that you have bought AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and it is valid till 2020.3.5. 

To answer your question regarding AVG My Account website, I have forwarded your case to our senior team. They will fix the issue with your AVG My Account and get back to you via email as soon as possible. Hence I suggest you to check your email regularly to know the status of escalated case.
