Hi, I paid for my annual AVG licence renewal and received my new licence number along
with the instructions to reactivate it. I do as instructed and it says 'licence valid' but when I click on 'activate' no change is recorded. I tried both when asked to do so (before the licence expired on 21/2/2018) and today, 26/2/2018, after the licence has expired, but nothing happens.
