We're here to help. You do have an active AVG Internet Security (1 computer) license valid until 12th Feb 2019. Could you provide a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the message that you received?

Hi
I have received message saying I am not covered.  On 28/1/18 I paid for one years subscription - Order No 701-1026859.  Why am I being asked for more money as would not have expected to have to renew until Jan 2019??
