I have encountered the same problem as Roslan. Could you please send me the email to let me uninstall the AVG?

Hi people.

​I have AVG since 2014 without any issues. A few days has passed and I keep getting an AVG License Error. The message reads:
​"AVG is not able to recognize your license number.
Please click on Re-enter and enter your license number again.
​If it does not resolve the problem, please reinstall AVG."
(​There are 2 buttons below the message)
[Re-enter]     [Close AVG]

​After I re-entered the license number (it was validated) ad clicked 'Continue', I got another error message. I went to Control Panel/Programs/Change and clicked on Repair AVG but still received an error message that reads:
Error Code: 0x0010002
Description: Event exec_finished

​Please help… I feel vulnerable

We appreciate your efforts, sorry to know that the issue persists.

In this case, we request you to use our AVG clear and remover tool to remove it with traces.

Please download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

1.Open tool
2.User Account control - click "Yes"
3.Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compatibility)
4.Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
5.Click "Uninstall"
6.Click "Restart computer"

After restart, run AVG Remover http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV in safe mode http://avgclick.me/rebootintosafemode and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework).

​I followed your instructions. I reused the remover tool from the link supplied. After restart, I clicked on the product link you gave and downloaded AVG Internet Security. After following the installation procedures, I received this message: "AVG Internet Security cannot be installed.
​You already have a AVG product in your computer that is incompatible with the one you are trying to install." Incompatible?
