We are sorry for the difficulties you are currently experiencing.
Could you please let us know the name of the AVG product you have installed in your pc? so that we are happy to assist you better. Please be informed that AVG Antivirus free doesn't have license number to activate it. If you are using AVG Antivirus free please run AVG remover tool and then install AVG Antivirus free to get your issue fixed.
To run AVG remover tool please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I keep getting this error "AVG is not able to recognize your license number" Please click on re-enter and enter your license number again.If it doesn't resolve the problem please reinstall AVG.

I don't know my license number and when I try to reinstall AVG, it tells me installation failed. Error code: 0xC0070643 description: Event exec_finished.

Any help would be helpful.
