AVG license Error

I bought my antivirus 2 moonths ago I have a new laptop and when I download mylicence I get an errror report nd this is vey annoying for me I live in Willemstad Curaco Netherlands Antilles  want to install my antivirus as soon as possible don't send me to any robots send me a mail how to install my antivirus  I have written severl letters and nothing seems to help and now I'm noot even receiving  a reply this is not the way to treat a client you have for some years Stella Jansen

I tried to reload AVG 2015 that I purchased 5 months ago.
- It is not able to recognize my License Number.
- also says invalid license format.

I tried to remove AVG and recieved "AGV internet Security".
" service 'AVG Firewall' (avgfws) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient
Privileges to stop system services."
 
It also requested me to "Buy now".
