AVG license sent to my old email address and can't access

Hi, I need help.

My computer has been reset after repair. My hard drive was wiped. I had previously reset my Yahoo email address but I didn't change my AVG account with my new email address. My AVG auto renewal license details were therefore sent to my old email address. 

I need to reinstall AVG on my laptop so how do I access my renewal code?

We have sent you an email, please reply back to it with the old email address so we can locate the account and provide the license that you have purchased for AVG.
Also, provide the new email address that you wish to change for your account.
