AVG license through Digital river

Hello,

recently I bought license for AVG Internet Security (due to the expiration of the old one). The payment went to Digitalriver bank account. However I have not received any confirmation email or new license number. Could you please be so kind and check why my order is stuck and why I cannot use a product which I payed for?
