AVG license updated but VPN won't connect

I understand that you want to receive a refund for AVG Secure VPN purchase. If you will click "Cancel Subscription" in your AVG MyAccount, then the automatic renewal for that order will be cancelled. You have to request for a refund separately, if you wish I will submit a refund request in your behalf or you can  also submit a refund request by clicking here.

Here, AVG Internet Security (3 computer) and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) will get activated using license number but AVG Secure VPN will get activated using your email address.

Due to recent update, its not possible to activate both at the same time which is a bug where our developers are working on it. However, to fix it quickly, we request you to migrate your AVG Internet Security (3 computer) into AVG Internet Security Unlimited and AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) into AVG Tuneup Unlimited.

I did not receive an email. I think you can not solve the problem. I offer an opinion to solve this. I was bought 1 years subscription on AVG Secure VPN program. First, you should cancel and refund my subscription. After that, I will buy on your website. But you must guarantee me exact price of the subscription. I saw a different price on your website.

When I click the "Cancel Subscription" button on My Account Page, I see that info;

"Because you've paid through February 17, 2019, your subscription will continue to that date.
After that date, your AVG Secure VPN will stop working."


But I want to cancel for good. This cancelation is not offering any refund. You know, I want to use the product, but it is impossible now.
