Hello there. Just before Christmas my internet security programme performed a standard update to version 17.9.3040 This appeared to complete successfully followed by a re-start. When I checked the interface after completion there was a message in a blue box stating that this (software) would remain in "Trial Mode" until activated. I presume this refers to my licensed internet security.
At the moment, the antivirus software does seem to be updating normally; but for how long ??!!
How does a standard programme update change software to trial mode for no apparent reason, and how can this be changed back to the fully licensed internet security. My license renewal is due June 2018.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I don't see the trial mode now on your AVG Interface. It seems the program got activated after the recent update. If the issue persists in future, please let me know to assist further.
