It is not to scare the users, but to know the seriousness of protecting the online privacy.

I have a question about viruses and threats...
... from inside the AVG programme itself. I remember when AVG started, and the sales team sent maybe 2 emails a year, but now I receive popups every three days, usually involving "scary information" about how vulnerable my system is. The latest just proves how weak the AVG BS “threat machine” is though, since it popped up with “Your location is visible to everyone” only to indicate a town roughly 60 Km (36 miles) away from where I live. Honestly guys, if your system is that far off, I’m off to find a very different, no hassles, no popups anti-malware system that actually works. And hopefully one that keeps all these BS propaganda "GIMME YER MONEY, GIMME YER MONEY, GIMME YER MONEY!!!" crap by AVG from appearing every three days. Losers!!
