If yes, did you enter the new PIN from the locked screen on your mobile?
Do you have the internet connection enabled on the locked device?
Dear concern
I have registered avg anti virus @ my following email usmanucp@gmail.com. Last night this application locked my android phone and i have forget its password. Now am unable to use my phone it is giving mysterious option in password resting. When i go to the password reset option, it ask for my email and password, after entering my password the page got return to enter password again well i have two way security plan on my email. It does not access to that page.
