Please be informed that AVG Android product support is provided through email only. I assure you that they will get back to you with a resolution at the earliest, appreciate your patience.
The lock screen came on and will not leave and support cannot help. Free version of AVG randomly locked the screen and the pass code does not work. I complete the forgot my password process to have the email response be either "password could not be sent" or "your mobile device needs to be connected to the Internet to reset the password, and it is. Support cannot answer the issue, one said because "I only have the free version", one said "I only do sale support" and the third said"Oh it is your phone lock" , I do know the difference. Anyone know how to bypass this?
